Project: A Design-Led Client Platform for DM Bespoke Jewellery

DM Bespoke Jewellery is a bespoke jewellery studio based in Hatton Garden, specialising in engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom commissions.

Operating in a highly design-led and appointment-driven environment, the studio relies on a consistent flow of high-quality client enquiries alongside ongoing engagement with returning customers.

As demand for bespoke commissions increased, it became increasingly important that their digital presence reflected the quality and individuality of their work — both in terms of client perception and internal coordination.
