UK Glassforce is a specialist contractor network delivering glazing installation and repair services across residential and commercial projects throughout the UK.
The Challenge
Every job UK Glassforce completed generated paperwork. Risk assessments, site attendance records, customer signatures, photos of completed work - all of it was handled on paper by field engineers, then scanned and emailed back to the office, sometimes days after the job was done.

The Approach

The contractor app sits within a wider job management platform, which In Check Software rebuilt and maintains to support the full operational picture - job allocation across contractor teams, scheduling, tracking, and document generation in PDF, Word and Excel formats. The platform serves as the operational backbone of the business, with every job flowing through it from allocation to close.
A separate glass sizing and fracture analysis tool was developed for office staff and estimators, replacing manual spreadsheet calculations with a structured application built around UK Glassforce's own technical expertise. Pricing and specification work that previously relied on individual knowledge and error-prone tables is now consistent and fast.
For the largest clients - national facility managers operating under strict compliance requirements - In Check Software built direct integrations between UK Glassforce's systems and the client's own platforms. Time-on-site data, risk documentation, and health and safety records are exchanged automatically, removing the manual compliance overhead that would otherwise sit with UK Glassforce's operational team. The result is a 100% compliance record with those clients - the kind of track record that keeps a supplier on the preferred list.
