In certain cases, In Check Software partners with founders or operational teams launching new ventures by providing technical design, delivery, and governance in exchange for equity participation or a reduced commercial fee.
Programme Overview
This programme is intended for teams launching a new service, platform, or operational venture who require structured technical delivery but are not yet in a position to build an internal engineering function.
We typically work alongside leadership to design and implement the systems required to launch and operate effectively — including internal tooling, customer-facing platforms, integrations, reporting, governance processes, and supporting back-office functions.
Our role is to introduce the technical and operational structure required for launch, enabling founders to focus on delivery, customers, and day-to-day operations.

Commercial Structure
For new venture partnerships, In Check Software typically participates through an equity stake ranging between 25–49%, reflecting the technical delivery, governance, and operational systems introduced as part of the engagement.
Founders remain responsible for all third-party costs including hosting, licensing, legal, accountancy, operational staffing, and other business expenses.
Depending on delivery scope or technical complexity, a discounted commercial fee may apply in addition to equity participation.
